  • Unused Condition: Returned items must be unused, with all tags intact and packaging in its original condition. Items with removed or altered tags are not eligible for return.

2. Video Proof Requirement

  • A video showcasing the issue with the product must be recorded within 48 hours of delivery and sent to our official email at nexurafashions@gmail.com. Failure to provide this video within the specified timeframe will result in ineligibility for returns.

3. Return and Exchange Options

  • Exchange: We offer a one-time exchange for the same product in the correct size.
  • Refund: If an exchange is not possible, you may opt for a refund to your original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Customized products.
    Please check the product description to confirm eligibility before initiating a return.

5. Return Process

  • Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at nexurafashions@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Shipping the Item Back: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Refund Processing

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days and it will be credited to the original payment method with in 7-10 days.
  • Refunds will exclude shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

7. Important Conditions

  • Items returned without prior approval or those that do not meet our return conditions will not be accepted.
  • Nexura reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.
  • Tags must remain intact and unbroken; products with damaged or removed tags are not eligible for returns.
